Joshua
Tree Radio Personality Named
Big Kid by National Toy Industry
We all have a bit of big kid in us, some more than others
do. But who is the biggest big kid in America?
Gary Daigneault, Program and News Director of KCDZ FM Z107.7
in Joshua Tree
California, has won the first annual Big Kid Award, sponsored
by the Toy
Industry Association, a national trade organization of toy
manufacturers.
Nominated by little sister and KCDZ FM Officer Manager Pam
Fields, Gary will
be receiving the 2001 Toy Industry Association's "Big
Kid Award" plaque, a
feature article in the Toy Fair Times, and the People's Choice
"Toy of the
Year", to be announced February 9th.
The nomination made mention of Garys use of toys every
morning during the
GARY AND PAT MORNING SHOW heard Monday through Friday from
6:00 - 10:00 am.
Asked about this honor, Gary said "My family, friends
and co-workers already
know I'm a big kid, and now the rest of the nation will know
as well."
